Do I need to have hired a salesperson before?
No. About half the companies we work with are hiring their first dedicated rep. The call is more useful if you’ve tried and it didn’t work, but it isn’t required.
Is this a sales call?
It’s a diagnosis. You’ll leave knowing whether a managed rep is the right move for your business, and roughly what it would cost and take. If the answer is no, you’ll hear it on the call.
Who should be on it?
The owner, or whoever signs off on a hire. If a partner is involved in the decision, bring them; it saves a second call.
