$3,500/mo for your first rep. Everything included.
No hidden fees. No commissions. No long-term contract. Each additional rep is $1,500/mo, and your total never passes the cap.
Recruiting, comp design, tools, training and day-to-day management. The whole system.
The system is already built; additional reps plug into it.
However large the team gets, the management fee never passes the cap.
One-time $3,500 recruiting fee per placement. Monthly billing starts when the rep starts. Rep salary is paid by you, as their employer.

How many reps?
Most clients start with one and add the second once the first is consistently booking.
What the rep costs you
Your rep is your employee, on your payroll. Set the base salary and the calculator shows the whole picture, not just our fee.
Commission on closed business is on top of the base, and it’s the good kind of cost. We write the comp plan with you before we recruit. Typical first-year OTE for a rep we place is $65–85K.
Cheaper than the sales manager you’d hire instead.
In-house sales manager
- $110K–$160K a year all-in, before their first hire
- Still needs recruiters at $10K–$20K per placement
- One bad hire costs $150K+ and a lost year
- Single point of failure: they leave, you restart
Icebreaker
- Capped at $84K a year for the whole team
- Recruiting included with every placement
- Underperforming rep? We replace them
- A system, not a person. Nothing walks out the door
And when you’re ready for full-time, in-house sales leadership, we recruit that person for you, hand over the playbook, and transition out. Growing past us is the plan, not a breakup.
Compare with SDR agencies and fractional marketplaces
| Option | Who employs the rep | Cost | What you keep if you stop | Who manages daily |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SDR agency | The agency | $3K–$10K+/mo per seat | Nothing. Rep, data and process leave | The agency, for the agency |
| Fractional marketplace | A contractor | From $3,500/mo | Maybe the person, if you convert them | You |
| In-house sales manager | You | $110–160K/yr + recruiter fees | The rep; one manager who can walk | One person |
| Icebreaker | You (W-2) | $3,500/mo, capped at $7,000 | Rep, comp plan, CRM, playbook, dashboard | Icebreaker, with a handover plan |
